According to a publication in the International Journey of Obesity two eggs in breakfast seem to help a diet. The researchers compared two groups of adults who were on the line. Both groups followed a diet in calories. One group ate a bagel for breakfast, and the other group takes two eggs. By eating two eggs for breakfast, they lost more weight than those who ate a bagel for breakfast.
The bagel contains the same number of calories as the two eggs together. Remarkably, the group that ate the eggs fell off 65 percent more than those who took a bagel for breakfast. It was also felt that the egg group feels fitter and had more energy than the bagel group.
The researchers also checked the cholesterol level. It was not higher in the group with the egg-breakfast.
