This will then multiply in your gut and makes you sick. Because the multiplication takes time, it may take up to 3 days before you get sick.

Diarrhea, abdominal cramps, headache, mild fever, chills, nausea, drowsiness and vomiting are the most common complaints. For most people, the symptoms disappear naturally.
